Ahhhhh, summertime. Hanging out poolside, tan lines and clean, light recipes.  Finally watermelon is in season! Here's a great recipe for a fresh snack or dessert to cool you off, and it only has two ingredients! And kids LOVE it! 
Watermelon slush (serves 4)
 
3 cups frozen watermelon
2 cups no sugar added apple juice
Throw in blender. Blend till smooth.
